Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Black Box. This professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management is a plus;
- Solid experience in project and portfolio management;
- Advanced knowledge of PMBOK, Agile methodologies, and project governance;
- Experience managing budgets, risks, and stakeholders;
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
- Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset;
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project portfolio and define project management methodologies;
- Approve project scope, budgets, and ensure governance compliance;
- Manage stakeholders and represent the PMO across the organization;
- Ensure alignment between projects and corporate strategy;
- Lead, mentor, and develop project analysts and coordinators;
- Monitor project performance indicators and overall results;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards;
- Support the resolution of strategic risks and conflicts;
- Implement improvements to project management processes and tools;
- Report executive project results to senior leadership;
- Support project prioritization and resource allocation;
- Ensure methodological and documentation compliance across all projects.
