About The Role
eProductivity Software is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the successful implementation of ePS ERP solutions for our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from kick-off through to delivery and transition to customer support. You will work closely with customers, internal project teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer business objectives.
You will play a key role in managing project plans, stakeholder communication, risks, financial performance, and customer expectations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident managing enterprise software or ERP implementation projects in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, from project kick-off through to customer handover.
- Define project scope, estimates, timelines, and delivery plans in collaboration with internal teams.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are achieved.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project governance, status reporting, stakeholder updates, and project communications.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, scope changes, and delivery challenges.
- Manage change control processes and ensure project scope remains aligned with customer contracts.
- Monitor project profitability, cash flow, revenue forecasts, financial tracking, and reporting accuracy.
- Review revenue recognition, invoicing, payment cycles, and cash flow reports to ensure alignment with project expectations.
- Validate invoices, support accounts receivable processes, and help resolve billing disputes where required.
- Lead and guide project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and delivery focus.
- Build strong customer relationships and support positive, referenceable project outcomes.
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Approve project-related time and expenses.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with internal policies, methodologies, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to PMO process improvements and internal initiatives.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of project management experience, ideally within ERP implementation or enterprise software delivery.
- Strong understanding of project financials, including fixed fee and time & materials models.
- Experience managing revenue forecasts, project profitability, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and confidently in an unstructured environment.
- Experience managing customer expectations, delivery commitments, and project risks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Business-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Preffered Experience
- PMP certification.
- Experience in the packaging, print, or manufacturing industry.
- Fluency in additional languages.
