Project Manager
What experience is required
- 4–7+ years of project management experience in software delivery.
- Experience working on ecommerce, digital platforms, or airline/travel technologies
- Strong familiarity with agile tools (Jira, Confluence, reporting dashboards).
- Demonstrated success managing T&M projects with complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong programme and project management experience in tech delivery.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and backlog management.
- Solid understanding of SaaS, multi-tenant architecture, and cloud environments (ideally AWS).
- Ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams with differing priorities.
- Competence in financial management (T&M burn tracking, forecasting).
- Ability to interpret product constraints, technical dependencies, and architectural impact.
- Skilled in driving alignment across engineering, product, QA, and customer-facing teams.
- Capable of facilitating workshops, estimation sessions, and technical planning discussions.
- Adept at translating between business requirements and engineering execution criteria.
