Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive operational project execution

• Coordinate and follow through on operational projects assigned by management

• Break down projects into clear action items, responsible owners, timelines, and next steps

• Track progress closely to ensure key tasks move forward according to plan

• Identify delays, risks, or blockers early, and escalate appropriately when support is needed

• Help ensure projects remain organized, visible, and execution-focused

2. Support production scaling

• Support initiatives aimed at increasing production capacity in line with business growth

• Coordinate follow-up across workflow planning, equipment readiness, manpower support, and operational improvement

• Monitor progress on key production scaling priorities and help ensure implementation stays on track

• Highlight bottlenecks, gaps, or operational issues that may impact scale-up efforts

3. Support retail operations and store expansion

• Support site survey and preliminary assessment for new retail locations

• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties during store setup and expansion projects

• Assist in collecting and organizing key data for location evaluation, including sales potential, traffic, and cost structure

• Track store opening timelines and readiness to ensure expansion plans progress according to schedule

• Support the retail operations team in resolving operational issues at store level when needed

• Help standardize store opening checklists and expansion workflows

• Support alignment between retail growth plans and actual production capacity

4. Support factory development and long-term capacity building

• Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of the company’s new large-scale production facility / factory project

• Track timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and next steps across internal teams and external parties

• Help management maintain momentum on the project and ensure actions are followed through

• Support progress toward a facility that can accommodate larger-scale production and meet certification requirements for future export

5. Support automation and efficiency improvement

• Support projects that improve operational efficiency through stronger systems, machines, and automation

• Coordinate implementation of machines that automate parts of the production line and improve consistency, speed, or capacity

• Support rollout of scalable sales formats such as vending machines and other automation initiatives

• Help the business scale more efficiently by improving productivity and reducing over-reliance on manual processes

6. Improve coordination, communication, and reporting

• Coordinate across operations, production, logistics, procurement, QA, maintenance, retail, and other relevant teams

• Prepare meeting agendas, summarize key decisions, and track follow-up actions clearly

• Maintain project trackers, task lists, timelines, and status updates in an organized manner

• Provide clear visibility on completed actions, pending items, key issues, and support needed from management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in operations, project coordination, production, manufacturing, retail expansion, or business scaling environment

• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving execution across multiple teams

• Experience in food production, factory operations, multi-branch retail, or fast-growing SME environment will be highly preferred

• Strong ability to break down complex projects into structured action plans with clear ownership and timelines

• Experience supporting production scale-up, process improvement, or automation initiatives is an advantage

• Good understanding of operational workflows (production, logistics, procurement, QA, maintenance)

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with high attention to detail

• Clear and professional communication skills in Thai and good working proficiency in English

• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets, project tracking tools)

• Able to work independently with high accountability and sense of urgency

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, execution-focused environment
