About the Job
Project Manager to lead Building and A&A works across ongoing and upcoming projects.
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Building and A&A works
Plan, coordinate, and control project schedule, cost, quality, and safety
Manage and guide the project team, including Project Engineers and site staff
Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities
Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, shop drawings, and work programmes
Ensure full compliance with WSH regulations, permit-to-work systems, and company standards
Manage works in live operational environments, including phased execution and night works where required
Chair and attend project, coordination, and progress meetings
Monitor project risks, resolve technical and site issues, and implement mitigation measures
Oversee progress reporting, variation management, and project handover
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
Proven experience managing Building and A&A works as a Project Manager
