Project Manager (Building & Construction) | HDB Projects | Up to $7,500

Take ownership of project delivery and lead construction teams towards successful project completion.

An established construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HDB and residential development projects in Singapore.

This role is ideal for construction professionals with a strong background in project execution, site management and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from project planning and mobilisation to completion and handover.
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works progress according to approved schedules and milestones.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate structural, architectural and M&E works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with HDB, Qualified Persons (QPs), consultants, RE/RTOs and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project costs, manpower allocation, procurement and variation orders.
• Ensure quality standards, CONQUAS requirements and safety regulations are met.
• Manage inspections, defect rectification, TOP/CSC and final handover.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Relevant experience managing HDB, BTO or residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations and project management.
• Familiarity with HDB requirements, CONQUAS and PSSCOC will be advantageous.
• Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
