What you'll be doing
- Effectively plan, coordinate and monitor all aspects of building projects from inception to completion
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage project budgets, oversee procurement, and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement strategies to address any challenges that arise
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and coordinate complex projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficient in the use of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Thorough understanding of building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
