ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
A leading A1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major building developments in Singapore. This is a project leadership opportunity with responsibility for programme, cost, quality, safety and overall construction performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead building projects from planning and construction through completion.
- Manage programme, resources, cost, quality and overall project performance.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, Construction Managers and project teams.
- Monitor project risks, progress, procurement and key delivery milestones.
- Provide project updates and performance reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, quality and safety requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related discipline.
- Strong experience delivering large-scale building construction projects.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor preferred.
- Hospitality, Institutional, Commercial or Mixed-Use project experience advantageous.
- Strong construction, leadership, planning and stakeholder management capabilities.
