Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and day-to-day project coordination to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, building management, consultants, and relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution and a high level of client satisfaction.
- Monitor site progress and identify critical activities, potential delays, and issues requiring attention to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, drawings, contract specifications, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Review and interpret architectural, specialist, and MEP drawings and details.
- Work closely with the design and project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to identify project requirements and resolve site issues effectively.
- Communicate project updates, requirements, and solutions clearly to all relevant parties.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining good time management and organisational skills.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Construction, or a related field, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in interior design, renovation, construction, or related projects.
- Able to read, understand, and interpret architectural, specialist, and MEP drawings/details.
- Strong project coordination, scheduling, and time-management skills.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to visualise site issues and propose practical solutions.
- Independent, responsible, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
