Project Manager / Business Analyst

COMPANY OVERVIEW

A well‑established technology services company delivering IT solutions, infrastructure support, and outsourced operational services. It works with clients across various sectors to enhance efficiency and strengthen digital capabilities.
This is 1 year agency contract role (possibility of extension/renewal, subject to performance)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Waterfall methodology, ensuring governance, timeline, risk, issue, and stakeholder management.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project artefacts including BRD, functional specifications, WBS, status reports, and test documentation.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, defect management, testing, and production deployment activities.
• Engage business users, conduct workshops, manage stakeholder communications, and support issue resolution.
• Oversee application enhancements, troubleshooting, and technical delivery for ASP.NET applications and SQL Server databases.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Atleast 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall delivery, and PMBOK-based project management practices.
• Experience with treasury products, particularly Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) and Cross Currency Swaps (CCS).
• Hands-on understanding of ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, and Stored Procedures.
• Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and testing coordination skills.
• Japanese language proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Japanese clients and stakeholders
• PMP certification is good to have.
