Project Manager/Business Analyst (Odoo ERP)

Elevate your career as an Odoo Project Manager/Business Analyst in our high-performing ERP division. You’ll work with a strong, ambitious team, lead end-to-end Odoo and AI solutions for established US enterprise clients, and build a high-profile international portfolio with full project ownership.

What you’ll actually be doing:
Managing end-to-end delivery of Odoo ERP projects across implementation, go-live, and support stages
Serving as the primary client contact, handling requirement alignment, scope management, and transparent expectation setting
Controlling project budgets, scope creep, and change requests to ensure sustainable delivery
Maintaining backlogs, timelines, and deliverables in JIRA and ClickUp
Checking team hours, validating estimations against actuals, and preparing monthly billing reports
Facilitating cross-functional alignment between Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects
Planning and coordinating go-live strategies and rollout readiness
Incorporating proprietary AI automation tools and custom extensions into Odoo workflows

We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven experience managing complex Odoo ERP implementations
Demonstrates strong client management and solution-oriented problem-solving skills
Combines Project Management with strong Business Analysis skills (ability to dive into business logic, workflow mapping, and solution design)
Has hands-on experience with project budgeting, estimations, and JIRA/ClickUp
Is willing and eligible for short-term business trips to the US for client meetings and on-site go-live phases
Brings solid leadership skills focused on team alignment and clear stakeholder communication
Actively uses AI tools in daily project management workflows
Speaks English at an Advanced level
