Key Responsibilities
● Project Delivery: Drive projects from inception through to deployment
● Sprint Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and release planning.
● Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between developers, product managers and executive leadership.
● Risk & Resource Management: Identify bottlenecks, mitigate project risks, and manage resource allocation across active initiatives.
● Process Optimization: Continuously refine development workflows, ensure clear requirements/acceptance criteria, and track team velocity.
