Project Manager - Business Uplift focus

We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to be part of an operational transformation initiative for a large, complex organisation in Brisbane.

This is not a system implementation role, it is a process and operating model uplift project requiring strong governance, structure and executive credibility.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-end Project Management
• Conduct current and target state analysis
• Develop a clear roadmap
• Manage governance, risks, reporting and business case inputs
• Partner with internal SMEs while maintaining strong PM discipline

• Proven Project Management experience within complex transformation projects
• Strong project governance and reporting capability
• Executive-level communication skills
• Ability to stay delivery-focused
