Summary

Manage construction A&A and building work projects in Singapore from planning through handover, coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders, using Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.

Project Manager (C&S)

Office Location:
- Tai Seng

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for successful project execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and implement measures to address and mitigate them.
- Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and comply with relevant regulations.
- Quality Control: Oversee project work to ensure it meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and clients.
- Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to prevent overruns.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues that may arise during the project.
- Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of the project and proper documentation for handover.

Job Requirements:
- Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
- 1-3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
