Summary

Lead construction and engineering projects from mobilisation through handover, overseeing cost, safety, quality, procurement, and stakeholder relationships across all project phases.

  • Lead the overall project from mobilisation through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • Establish project priorities, master programme, resources, execution strategy, and delivery targets.
  • Direct engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities across all relevant disciplines.
  • Manage project cost, commercial exposure, variations, procurement, resources, and contractual requirements.
  • Lead client, consultant, main contractor, supplier, and subcontractor relationships at project level.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and constraints, and implement timely recovery measures.
  • Ensure project works meet required quality, safety, statutory, and contractual standards.
  • Resolve major technical, coordination, commercial, and operational issues affecting project delivery.
  • Lead and develop project managers, discipline managers, engineers, and site teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement through better engineering solutions, construction methods, technology, productivity, and cost efficiency.
