Project Manager

Summary

Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of engineering and construction projects, coordinating procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning while managing budgets, risks, contractors, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Take overall ownership of project delivery from mobilisation through completion and handover.
  2. Establish project strategy, priorities, programme, resources, and delivery targets.
  3. Lead project teams and coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
  4. Manage project budget, cost performance, variations, claims, and commercial exposure.
  5. Identify project risks, constraints, and potential delays and implement corrective measures.
  6. Direct major contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and key project interfaces.
  7. Maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and other senior stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
  9. Drive resolution of major technical, operational, and commercial issues.
  10. Develop project teams, strengthen accountability, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
