Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Business Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Front Office Risk projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing end-to-end project delivery in a global investment banking or financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery and governance activities.

- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and resources.

- Coordinate with Front Office, Risk, Business and Technology teams.

- Manage stakeholder communication and Steering Committee meetings.

- Drive projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.

- Track project progress using JIRA and Confluence.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Capital Markets and Investment Banking.

- Hands-on experience in Front Office Risk projects.

- Understanding of Market Risk and Risk Management frameworks.

- Strong project governance and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, JIRA and Confluence.

- PMP certification preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Prior experience with a global investment bank or financial institution.

- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice.
