About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Capital Programme Delivery team and take a leading role in delivering major high-rise residential refurbishment, building safety and capital investment projects across Nottingham.

This is a meaningful opportunity to deliver real impact for communities across the city.
About You

- Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, surveyors and specialist consultants, to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Strong commercial and contract management experience with the ability to manage contractor performance, costs and value for money and experience of NEC and/or JCT contracts would be adventitious
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work effectively with residents, contractors, consultants, senior leaders and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
