This role requires a strong background in project delivery within IT infrastructure, cloud, digital workplace, cybersecurity, or managed services environments.
Key Deliverables
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver technology projects from initiation through closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Manage project governance and ensure adherence to internal methodologies and best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, engineers, architects, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs, timelines, and financial targets.
- Manage change requests, scope modifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support procurement, vendor management, and third-party coordination where required.
- Ensure projects comply with quality standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Produce project closure reports, lessons learned, and handover documentation.
Requirements
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years in similar position
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.

Experience managing projects involving:
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft 365
- Cloud migrations
- Digital workplace solutions
- Infrastructure modernization
- Networking and security technologies
- Managed services transitions
- Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration experience in supporting project teams to overcome challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in reporting to senior management.
- Demonstrated success in managing and completing projects both independently and in a team environment, often under tight deadlines.
- Experience working on projects within an ICT environment.
