Project Manager

Summary

Oversees civil construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with clients, vendors, and teams.

Job Description:

  • Reports to Project Director and manages overall delivery of project safely, on time and within budget.
  • Full time on project site.
  • Works closely with client, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and construction team to ensure timely submission and approval of
  • project deliveries according to baseline programme and cost reduction through optimization whenever possible.
  • Oversees operations of projects activities, including but not limited to project setup, organization structure, cost management, project quality, progress reporting, site safety and security.
  • Ensures the project is implemented according to company’s project implementation plan and policies. Reports project progress to senior management.
  • Chairs regular internal progress meetings.
  • Attends meetings with client, authorities and subcontractors.
  • Supports HQ in tender preparation.

Requirements:

  • The Project Manager shall possess a university engineering degree or professional qualification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, unless otherwise accepted by the S.O. The Project Manager shall have about ten (10) years Project Management experience and have been involved in Civil construction projects of similar type and complexity, preferably in the construction/development of water/used water treatment plants.
  • The Project Manager shall possess a Certificate of Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (CSCPM) or approved equivalent qualifications
