Project Manager
Job Purpose
To manage and oversee restaurant construction, renovation, interior fit-out, and building system works, ensuring projects are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, budget, and timeline. The role is also responsible for maintaining restaurant facilities and supporting a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ, project budgets, and construction schedules.
Manage new store openings, renovations, and refurbishment projects.
Supervise contractors and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout project execution.
Monitor project costs and ensure budgets are effectively managed.
Review and resolve construction defects and coordinate corrective actions.
Coordinate with designers, contractors, franchise partners, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
Support franchise stores with construction and renovation projects.
Research and introduce new construction materials or techniques to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, interior fit-out, or restaurant development projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost control, construction management, and building systems.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong project management, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
