In this position, you will:
- Oversee the overall planning of the radio network, including coordinating annual professional network initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, and organizing the preparation and submission of planning reports.
- Manage the transition from radio network planning to the establishment of annual investment projects, including defining the scale of construction projects, budget estimation, and drafting project initiation proposals.
- Oversee the management of radio construction projects, including organizing regular cross-departmental meetings, tracking implementation progress, coordinating and resolving issues, and facilitating project execution.
- Prepare various reports related to radio planning projects
- Participate in the annual pilot projects for new radio technologies
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or relevant field
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Telecommunications is preferable
- Excellent knowledge on Radio network planning
- Effective communication skills to interact with different stakeholders
- Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Strong sense of responsibility
