Salary:

Up to $125K Base + 10–20% Performance Bonus

We are partnering with a growing civil engineering and construction firm in the Milwaukee area to hire an experienced

Project Manager . This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects while also working closely with executive leadership and contributing to client relationships and business development.

What You’ll Do:
Manage multiple civil design and construction projects from planning through completion
Oversee a mix of

Wisconsin DOT, state/public-sector, and private projects
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, deliverables, consultants, and project teams
Work across both the

design and construction sides

of projects
Interface directly with the

CEO and other C-suite leadership
Participate in client meetings, relationship management, and business development efforts
Coordinate with agencies, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
Conduct occasional project site visits throughout the region

What They’re Looking For:
5+ years of project management experience

overseeing multiple projects
Civil engineering/design and construction project experience
Experience with transportation, DOT, municipal, infrastructure, or similar civil projects
Experience with

Civil 3D
Experience with

HydroCAD
Mosaic experience is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary

up to $125,000
10–20% performance bonus, paid quarterly

Milwaukee-based position with
