About the Role
Prism Workforce Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager (Civil Engineering) to oversee civil engineering projects across South-West Nigeria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering road construction, earthworks, and pavement projects while ensuring quality, safety, timely delivery, and budget compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Lead multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with engineering standards, HSE regulations, and company policies.
* Monitor project progress and prepare regular project reports.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
* Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 20 years post-graduation experience in civil engineering projects.
* COREN registration is mandatory.
* Proven experience managing road construction, earthworks, and pavement projects.
* Strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in project planning and reporting.
* Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
