At CLEAR, we are seeking an experienced and proactive project manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of our projects. The project manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budgets while coordinating teams and resources effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
  • Lead project teams, coordinating with cross-functional departments including design, engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Manage communication with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and manage expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, milestones, and deliverables to senior management and clients.
  • Facilitate project meetings, documentation, and change management processes.

Requirements

Educational qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 13 years of project management experience in construction, architecture, or engineering industries.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Extensive and excellent experience in high-rise building projects.

Skills & competencies

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • PMP or other project management certification is preferred.
