Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination and execution of clinical research studies.
Serve as the key point of contact between the Clinical Research Unit, sponsors and cross-functional study teams.
Coordinate study activities, timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Provide operational input during study planning and support resolution of study-related issues.
Ensure study activities comply with internal procedures, local regulatory and IRB requirements.
Participate in protocol reviews, study meetings and operational discussions.
Monitor study metrics, key actions and project documentation.
Identify process improvements and share lessons learned to improve study execution.
Lead, coach and manage team members to deliver operational objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Nursing, Sciences, Health related or Management field
- Minimum 5 years of Clinical Research Coordination Experience
