Project Manager - Commercial Interiors

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Commercial Interiors to join our dynamic team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing interior projects, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ). This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee project execution from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with client expectations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage commercial interior projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. - Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications. - Oversee the preparation of BOQs and ensure accurate cost estimation and resource allocation. - Coordinate MEP installations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. - Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project alignment and satisfaction. - Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation as required.
