Project Manager con experiencia en logística (3PL)

Desde Kapres Technology estamos buscamos un Project Manager con experiencia en logística (3PL) y una sólida base en gestión de proyectos – certificado PMP o equivalente (deseado), se requiere inglés alto, para un importante cliente del sector logística a nivel internacional.

Trabajo hibrido en Madrid ( Por lo menos 1 día a la semana presencial)

Strong Project Management foundation – PMP or equivalent certification (desired), experienced in managing complex IT projects end-to-end.

Technical literacy – able to understand system architectures, integrations, and digital products enough to challenge and support technical teams (not a coder, but “tech fluent”).

Agile / hybrid delivery experience – comfortable blending agile practices with traditional PM governance to deliver faster and adapt to changes.

Stakeholder management & communication – excellent at bridging business and technical teams, translating needs and constraints both ways.

Problem-solving & proactive mindset – can anticipate risks, unblock issues, and drive decisions with limited supervision.

Experience in Operational Business Process in the warehouse is a plus.
