Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of building projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves managing a project team, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with EHS and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

· Prepare the project start-up and execution plan, defining key project targets in terms of time, cost, quality, resources, EHS, and contractual obligations
· Liaise effectively with clients and consultants on all project matters, including authority submissions, planning, construction, and EHS compliance
· Lead a team of professional and technical staff in the day-to-day planning and execution of works to achieve project objectives
· Review the master programme, define milestones, and set pull-planning targets to manage site progress effectively
· Liaise with and manage subcontractors to meet performance targets in terms of time, cost, quality, and safety
· Implement and monitor project budgets, as well as manage all contractual matters
· Drive the adoption of innovative construction methodologies and practices to improve productivity and achieve lean outcomes
· Foster collaboration among team members and encourage commitment to achieving performance targets
· Assist the Business Unit Head or Project Director with tendering and proposal activities to secure new projects


Requirements

· Degree in Building,Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
· Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and/or site coordination for building projects
· Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior position
· Strong knowledge in construction management, planning,and contractual matters; lean mindset in managing cost and resources
· Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project goals; highly committed to delivering milestones and targets
· Proactive in problem-solving and focused on strategic project objectives
· Data-driven mindset for improving efficiency and productivity through measurement and analysis
· Prior experience in aerospace, commercial,institutional, or government projects will be an advantage
