Job Summary
Lead and manage external building projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to contractual, client, and QEHS requirements while coordinating stakeholders and controlling schedules and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control external building projects to meet contractual, client, and QEHS requirements
- Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion within financial targets
- Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical and site issues promptly
- Perform additional project-related duties as assigned by management
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing projects as a project manager
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience managing external work projects
- Background in subcontractor roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
