Project Manager ( Construction / General Building / Good Pay +Good Bonus

· Lead and manage projectsfrom planning, execution to final handover

· Oversee renovation,A&A, commercial, and condominium projects with full ownership

· Coordinate with clients,consultants, interior designers, subcontractors, and suppliers

· Ensure projects aredelivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards

· Manage project schedules,cost control, and variation orders

· Ensure compliance withregulatory requirements, including the Building and Construction Authority(BCA) and condo (MCST) guidelines

· Conduct site meetings,monitor progress, and address technical or site issues proactively

· Maintain proper projectdocumentation and reporting

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree inBuilding, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

· Minimum 3 years ofrelevant Singapore experience in renovation / A&A / commercial /residential (condo) projects
