Project Manager ( Construction / Good Pay +Good Bonus
Summary
The Project Manager will oversee construction projects by coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and consultants to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. The role involves supervising teams, verifying construction plans, and managing project budgets and logistics.
· Liaise closely withsubcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines andprovide expertise and supervision to the team
· Verify the overall list oferrors, construction detail and design, defects and variations based onconstruction plans and drawing designs before construction and or processingpayment to subcontractors
· Manage people andorganisational functions such as perform on-the-job coaching and to trackemployees’ productivity.
· Plan, forecast and tracksub-contractors work progress, provide weekly scheduling and conduct dailycoordination meeting to ensure project target timeline are met bysub-contractors, including logistic arrangement for daily operation needs.
· Drive continuousimprovement initiatives
Job Requirements :
· Possess a degree in CivilEngineering with at least 6 years of relevant working experience, preferablywith a main contractor
· Experience in managingdeliverables and milestones: on time/within budget/meeting business needs
