Summary
Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, managing schedules, budgets, and teams while ensuring compliance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate, andoversee all phases of construction projects.
· Manage project schedules,budgets, and resources effectively.
· Liaise with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
· Monitor site progress andensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
· Identify project risks andimplement appropriate mitigation measures.
· Ensure workplace safety,quality standards, and contractual requirements are met.
· Prepare project reports,progress updates, and documentation.
· Lead and motivate projectteams to achieve project objectives.
About you
· Degree or Diploma in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 3–5 years ofrelevant experience in the construction industry.
· Strong knowledge ofconstruction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
