- Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and government authorities to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Control project costs, variations, procurement, and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), BCA, and MOM regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and performance reviews.
- Prepare project reports and provide updates to senior management and clients.
- Mentor and supervise project managers, site engineers, and site supervisors to improve team performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, productivity, and quality standards.
- Support business development by participating in tender reviews, project planning, and client relationship management.
