PROJECT MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)

The Project Manager oversees construction projects from inception to completion, managing site operations, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline objectives.

General Overview:

Seeking an experienced project manager who is responsible for overseeing a construction project. He/she will lead the project from beginning to end, with knowledge about regulations, permits and project management methodology. Able to work well with others, highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

· To plan and manage construction projects in meeting milestones.

· Creating master programme schedule for construction project.

· Budget monitoring and balancing of construction project cost.

· To track work activities in projects from start to end.

· To work well with various vendors, managing supplies and logistics of the project at the best of company interest.

Job Descriptions:

· Manage the day-to-day site operations, deal with site technical & design issues, communicate & liaise with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Developers & key stakeholders of project from beginning to till final completion of project.

· Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are smooth in operation and completing on time, within budget, good quality and to the satisfaction of clients.

· Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.

· Attend all required project meetings with consultants and clients, including necessary follow-ups and ensuring that project goals and objectives are met.

· Setting up site meeting with internal team members, and project related vendors to ensure effective progress of project.

· Identify project risks and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

· To protect company’s interest, minimizing company’s liability and risks exposure in the operation of projects on-site.

· Promote strong safety culture to construction project team and ensure site safety measures are always in place.

· Evaluation of Monthly Progressive Claim to Consultants & Client.

Job requirements:

· Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency with project management software and tools (i.e. autocad, MS Office & Project, etc).

· Able to station at work in project sites and travel to meeting venues as required.

· Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction projects.

· Good leadership and people management skills.
