PROJECT MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)
Summary
Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, coordinate contractors, and ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while maintaining safety and stakeholder alignment.
- Assist the Senior Project Manager/HOD in the coordinator of work for the on-going project
- Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
- Manage and monitor the activities of appointed contractors to ensure their works are coordinated with stakeholders, tenants, subcontractor and operation colleagues of the commercial building
- Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality
- Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance
- Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project
- Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise
- Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
