Project Manager - Construction

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.

- Establish project control systems for cost, time, and resource management.

- Track progress, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

- Support PMO functions including risk management, documentation, and compliance.

- Coordinate with execution teams, contractors, and consultants for accurate reporting.

- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and client requirements.

Requirements:

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical; MBA/PG in Project Management preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in planning/project controls/PMO, with exposure to data centre or mission-critical infrastructure projects.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and project management tools.

- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in cost control, scheduling, and risk management.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
