The SAP Project Manager will play a crucial role in our SAP PM Competency - Delivery department. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, guiding our clients through SAP transformations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving successful implementations, meeting client expectations, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for our clients.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Document and share project best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and SAP innovations, incorporating them into project strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in SAP project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Analytical skills for risk assessment and problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
- Certifications in SAP project management or related fields are preferred.
