Project Manager (Contract)
About the role
This is a Project Manager role leading the end-to-end implementation of a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform, replacing SAP BPC for financial consolidation, budgeting and rolling forecast processes. You will own the integrated project plan from design through go-live and hypercare, managing vendor relationships, business engagement, IT coordination, testing and cutover across Thailand and overseas subsidiaries.
Key responsibilities
Build and own the integrated project plan across Consolidation, Budgeting and Rolling Forecast, from design through go-live and hypercare
Align project milestones with the Finance calendar, so go-live does not collide with budget season or month-end and year-end close
Track progress, dependencies and critical path weekly; escalate early when milestones are at risk
Manage project budget, change requests and scope control against the approved business case
Act as TCP's counterpart to the vendor project manager; hold the vendor accountable to the SOW, deliverables and quality gates
Review and sign off vendor deliverables (design documents, build, test results, cutover plan) together with Finance and IT
Work with Finance Directors and business users in Thailand and overseas subsidiaries to confirm requirements, process design and data ownership
Drive business readiness: key-user nomination, UAT participation, training attendance and sign-off
Plan and run SIT and UAT cycles with clear entry and exit criteria
Run the project governance structure: steering committee, weekly status meetings, RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions)

Hands-on experience with SAP projects and the SAP ecosystem (e.g., SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Group Reporting, SAP S/4HANA FI/CO)
