Project Manager

Summary

Oversee construction projects, coordinating trades, subcontractors, and resources to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery while managing safety and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. To understand the works and to coordinate among all trades includes building and M&E activities, sub-contractors/suppliers who are employed by the project.
  2. Prepare project scheduling, monitoringand exercising site control to achieve smooth running and progress of all activities
  3. Determine required resources (manpower, equipments and materials from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
  4. Plan manpower allocation for our own workersand assigned them to the various projects
  5. Close monitoring of all potential cost and time variations to the Contracts
  6. To supervise and give necessary guidance to our site coordinators and supervisors to ensure deadlines acheive.
  7. Evaluate works sequence and method statement submitted by subcontractors.
  8. Prepare progress report to reflect the status of the project, and to feed back on performanceof sub-contractors periodically.
  9. Preparation of shop drawings for submission when required.
  10. To ensure workmanships and performance of subcontractors
  11. To attend all project meetings with consultants and clients and assured fast response to their needs and requirements to facilitate on-time completion of works.
  12. Manage the Safety and Environmental issues on site with the assistance of Safety Coordinator or Safety Supervisor
  13. Managing and leaded the project team to full efficiency
  14. Any other duties as and when assigned by the Company
