Project Manager, Core System

In this position, you will:
- Lead project management within the Core Network (Core) domain.
- Act as the primary point of contact for receiving instructions from customers or their representatives.
- Take full responsibility for all contractual, managerial, technical, and coordination matters within the domain.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects by overseeing delivery, resolving issues, and aligning stakeholders.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, electrical & electronic engineering, computer engineering, computer science, information engineering, telecommunications or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years of ICT post-qualification experience, including at least three (3) years in managing one or more ICT system(s) or radio network related system or sub-system, one of which requires to be core network.
- Good Command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Project Management Professional PMP certification preferred.
- Familiar with the overall architecture of cloud-based core networks (5GC/NFV).
- Knowledge of daily operation and maintenance workflows for telecom operators’ core networks.
- Deep understanding of core network-related business processes, such as service activation and billing systems.
