About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a Core Technology initiative, leading end-to-end project delivery in a complex enterprise environment.

You will be responsible for coordinating project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and predictable execution while managing risks, budgets, resources, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure

  • Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and dependencies

  • Coordinate governance activities and approval processes

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues

  • Drive stakeholder communication and alignment across technical and business teams

  • Support change management activities and promote delivery best practices

  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements (must-have)

  • Proven experience leading technology projects

  • Strong project planning and delivery management skills

  • Experience with risk management, governance, and stakeholder management

  • Experience managing project budgets and resources

  • Proficiency with project management tools

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment

  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Experience in banking or financial services

  • Understanding of Information Security risks

  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

  • Experience with vulnerability management and remediation

  • Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)

  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments
