- Must have 10+ years of overall experience with hands on experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives across payments, web, mobile, and API platforms in Corporate Banking space.
- Should have proven track record in strategic product development, enterprise program management, and delivering complex, multi-country transformation programs across the APAC region.
- Experienced in hybrid, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies, with a strong focus on aligning technology initiatives with business strategy and organizational objectives.
- Exceptional leadership, presentation skills, stakeholder engagement, and communication, with the ability to unify cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.
- Organize global and regional project portfolio governance meetings/forums to share the project delivery progress, milestones achieved, monitoring and control cost, minimizing the project risk and adopting mitigation steps if required.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams from ideation through execution, driving collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business objectives.
