Project Manager - CRM & Digital Transformation
Are you a capable Project Manager who enjoys delivering complex digital systems and working across business, technology and vendor teams?
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join a well-known Auckland organisation and deliver a varied portfolio of customer and digital transformation initiatives. This role would suit an experienced Project Manager ready to take ownership of complex projects and build their experience within a collaborative organisation.
The role
You will manage end-to-end delivery across projects: Salesforce CRM rollouts, improvements and platform enhancements; CRM and Single View of Customer initiatives; Integrations connecting CRM, eCommerce, point-of-sale and related platforms
You will be responsible for scope, planning, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, vendors, testing, change, cutover and transition into business-as-usual operations.
What we are looking for
Proven experience delivering complex digital or enterprise-system implementations
CRM implementation experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP CRM/CX, Oracle CX, HubSpot or a comparable platform is highly desirable
Alternatively, experience delivering complex ERP, HRIS, eCommerce, customer portal, CMS, POS, procurement, analytics or other integrated systems
Strong understanding of data migration, systems integration, testing, cutover and operational transition
Experience managing external vendors and multidisciplinary business and technology teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical specialists, executives and non-technical operational stakeholders
Strong planning, governance, risk, budget and dependency-management capability
A practical, collaborative approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a lean technology environment
Public-sector or similarly complex organisational experience would be advantageous
This is a permanent opportunity for someone seeking stability, meaningful delivery ownership and the chance to contribute to projects that support Auckland's people, businesses and experiences.
