Project Manager Customer Implementations and Integration Support

You will manage customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and follow-up. You will coordinate plans, integrations, onboarding, testing, and stakeholder communication while identifying risks and improving reusable delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Own customer implementation project delivery from kickoff to go-live
- Act as the day-to-day contact for customer implementation projects
- Build and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, action lists, and decision logs
- Run weekly project meetings and prepare executive progress updates
- Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and escalation paths
- Coordinate launch readiness, cutover planning, hypercare, and post-go-live follow-up
- Clarify integration scope, data flows, API requirements, and ownership boundaries with customer IT and technical teams
- Translate customer processes into implementation requirements, data mappings, configuration needs, and test scenarios
- Coordinate integration design, testing, issue triage, and defect resolution
- Support CSV imports, data validation, workflow testing, user setup, and environment readiness
- Run onboarding sessions, workshops, training sessions, and user guidance
- Coordinate UAT planning, test scripts, issue logging, feedback consolidation, and sign-off readiness
- Drive customer accountability for required implementation work
- Align commercial commitments with realistic delivery plans
- Surface delivery risks early
- Create reusable implementation playbooks, templates, checklists, and documentation
- Improve onboarding, data migration, testing, and integration-support processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, enterprise onboarding, technical project management, solutions delivery, or integration support
- Project management skills, including structured planning, clear communication, follow-up, and comfort with ambiguity
- Technical literacy in APIs, data mappings, structured files, testing flows, system dependencies, and integration constraints
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise software rollouts, UAT, incident triage, go-live planning, and post-launch support
- Excellent written and verbal English
