📌 The Role
You’ll lead the end-to-end implementation of Cypher and Cypher Edge across NZ operations. That means managing, planning, coordinating, testing, training, go-live support and stabilisation — all while keeping stakeholders aligned and the rollout running smoothly.
You’ll be the person who ensures the system lands well in real operational environments, not just on paper.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
- Rolling out Cypher across multiple NZ sites
- Owning project plans, timelines, risks, issues & action logs
- Coordinating Ops, IT, Cash Room teams, branch leaders & vendors
- Driving UAT, training, comms and change management
- Providing on-site support during go-live and stabilisation
- Spotting opportunities to improve workflows and customer outcomes
💡 What You Bring
- Experience project managing implementation of a new software platform across a business
- Strong stakeholder management — confident with senior leaders
- Experience training, coaching and supporting teams through change
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Bonus: experience in security, cash-in-transit, logistics, banking or regulated environments

- Travel: Required domestically across New Zealand
