Summary
Oversee a team of up to 20 workers, coordinate daily schedules and site logistics, and ensure safety and timely project delivery while liaising with clients and contractors.
- Supervise up to 20 workers.
-Arrange daily schdule of workers and transport
-Liaise with maincon for all site related matters
-Oversee safety related matters
-Corporate with management for getting new projects
-Create good relationship with clients
-Must be able to manage to deliver projects ontime and smoothly
-Handle all complaints from maincon/clients
-Able to work outside office and visit around site locations
-Must have BCSS/Safety related certs/Lifting supervisor cert
