Assistant Project Manager who supports planning, execution, and coordination of civil construction and waterproofing projects across Kerala — tracking schedules, budgets, quality, and safety while coordinating site engineers, contractors, and vendors. Core requirements: B.Tech in Civil Engineering and 3+ years of relevant construction experience.


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and coordination of construction and waterproofing projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to effectively coordinate between various stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall planning, execution, and management of civil construction and waterproofing projects.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, project executives, contractors, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted project workflows.
  • Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and assist in maintaining budgetary and time constraints.
  • Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports and submit updates to the Technical Coordinator.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines across all sites.
  • Provide on-ground technical and operational support to site teams and troubleshoot project-related issues.
  • Support in the procurement process and coordination with vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress, compliance, and quality control.


Requirements


  • Educational Qualification: B. Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in civil construction or waterproofing projects.
  • Strong project coordination, execution, and quality assurance skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools, progress tracking, and report preparation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Kerala.
  • Two wheeler & Driving License is mandatory
