At Danfoss, you will help bring new digital products for HVAC systems and data centers from idea to implementation, supporting a fast-growing industry where reliability, efficiency, and speed matter. In this role, your project leadership will help teams deliver new products on time, within budget, and aligned with customer and business expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead new product development and implementation projects for HVAC and data center cooling applications, helping teams move from planning to successful delivery.
• Plan and coordinate project activities across the full lifecycle to keep milestones, budgets, and deliverables on track.
• Bring cross-functional teams together across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales,External Suppliers,Developing Partners and supporting functions to drive clear execution.
• Manage risks, changes, and critical issues by creating transparency, escalating when needed, and driving practical mitigation actions.
• Keep stakeholders and customers aligned through clear communication, project updates, meetings, and follow-up on agreed actions.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including several years in project or product management, preferably within new product development. Alternatively, experience leading a team in a people management role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers around shared goals.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic international environment.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas : data center cooling technologies, HVAC systems, mechatronics products connected via filedbus, building automation, EMS manufacturing,electronics or industrial products is considered a strong advantage.
