Need experienced PLM Project Manager with strong expertise in Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform to lead end-to-end PLM implementations and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical understanding, project delivery experience, and stakeholder management skills to drive complex digital engineering and product lifecycle initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of PLM solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams.
Drive program governance, including planning, risk management, issue resolution, and reporting to senior leadership.
High Ownership along with strong Project Management experience.
Customer Front Ending Interactions & Collaboration with technical teams is a key requirement
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including CAD, engineering & manufacturing.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Manage vendors, system integrators, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Establish best practices, templates, and frameworks for PLM program execution.
Lead change management initiatives, user adoption strategies, and training programs.
Monitor KPIs and project performance metrics to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud-based PLM deployments is an advantage.
Project management certifications like PMP would be preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity and complex stakeholder environments.
Qualifications
B.E/B Tech/MBA or equivalent
8 – 12 years of experience
Project Management Certifications are preferred
